The Fortune Society, one of the nation’s most respected nonprofit organizations offering services to formerly incarcerated men and women, will host its 2015 Annual Fall Benefit on October 29, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at the Prince George Ballroom in Manhattan. The fundraising event will support a vast array of Fortune’s services that help their clients successfully re-enter society after serving time in prison and jail.

The Fortune Society will present the David Rothenberg Achievement Award to Francis Greenburger, Founder & President of the Greenburger Center for Social and Criminal Justice, for his influential work advocating for reforms to the criminal justice system.

Founder & Executive Director of the Equal Justice Initiative, Bryan Stevenson, will be honored with the Game Changer Award for his powerful social advocacy work as a public interest lawyer.

Khalil Cumberbatch, an entrepreneur, criminal justice reform activist and former Fortune Society client, will receive a special recognition for his inspirational example of perseverance and strength.
