Chef Franco Barrio, co-owner of Bespoke Kitchen the unique and smart, art gallery styled restaurant located in the burgeoning Hudson Street Corridor (615 ½ Hudson St, NYC), has announced the start of cooking classes to be held at the restaurant, beginning in April, on the first and third Wednesdays of each month.
Whether you know your way around the kitchen or are at a total loss, you can be assured that under the tutelage of this food master, you will expand your knowledge, improve your abilities and creativity with a few simple ingredients. The accent here is on healthy, nutritious and delicious.
The classes will be limited to a maximum of 8 people per class and will be as much a dining experience as they are a learning opportunity. Participants should come ready to enjoy a spectacular meal. You can reserve a spot by emailing your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Chef Franco will personally follow up with everyone who signs up, to provide them with a basic list of items they need to bring with them.
The two-hour classes will begin at exactly 6:30pm (arrival at 6:00pm). The classes are meant to be fun as well as instructional so participants can expect to be greeted with a glass of champagne. During the two-hour long class, Chef Franco will create an appetizer and entrée for each participant, while demonstrating simple cooking and plating techniques, along with an easy to follow wine and food pairing guide.
The first class begins on April 5th at 6:30pm, and the cost is $115.00 per person. Sign up for classes on the first and third Wednesdays of each month by emailing, email@example.com.
