October 3, 2015 @ 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Celebrate the diversity of Hispanic and Latin communities in Brooklyn and beyond through music, performance, film and word, as inspired by our exhibition “Impressionism and the Caribbean: Francisco Oller and his Transatlantic World” (which opens October 2, 2015). The evening highlights include a performance by Gregorio Uribe Big Band presented in partnership with Berklee College of Music, a reading by Raquel Cepeda, poetry by Caribbean fellows from Cave Canem and Honduran band Aurelio as a part of Carnegie hall’s Neighborhood Concert Series.
