Geoffrey Zakarian’s The Lambs Club, located in the heart of Manhattan at The Chatwal, is thrilled to be participating in Somms and Sliders this fall. From October 20th to November 5th, leading wineries from the Napa Valley are teamed up with sommeliers and chefs from New York City’s hottest restaurants for the ultimate burger pairing experience! In honor of this delicious event, The Lambs Club has specially created the Colorado Lamb Burger served on a Pretzel Bun with Piquillo Pepper Marmalade, Manchego Cheese, Fried Pickles and Dijionaise with a side of French Fries. The Lambs Club’s Wine Director and Expert Sommelier, A.J. Ojeda-Pons, has paired this burger with a glass of 2013 Robert Craig, Cabernet Sauvignon.
For $49 per person, guests can experience Somms and Sliders at The Lambs Club from Friday, October 20th through Sunday, November 5th for lunch (served from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM in The Bar, Main Dining Room, and Lobby Bar), brunch (served from 11 AM to 3 PM in The Bar and Main Dining Room) and dinner (served Tuesday-Saturday from 5 PM to 11 PMand Sunday-Monday from 5 PM to 10:00 PM in The Bar and The Lobby Bar).
