On October 27, 2017, a diverse array of 250+ professionals from the private, public and nonprofit sectors — including education, financial services, media, telecommunications, civic services leaders — will convene at Silicon Harlem’s fourth annual Next-gen Conference, hosted at the Silberman School of Social Work (Hunter College, east Harlem).
In a highly immersive and collaborative setting, we will discuss the untapped potential of urban markets such Upper Manhattan — and how these corridors inevitably will be reshaped as technology investments, educational advancements, policies, dynamic programs and other new opportunities take root in our communities.
We are joined by Miguel Gamiño, Chief Technology Officer of NYC; Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer; Jessica O. Matthews, Founder and CEO of Harlem-based energy innovation company, Uncharted Play — and dozens more senior leaders representing tech companies such as Google, Microsoft and Nokia as well as government agencies such as the Federal Communications Commission and Department of Housing & Urban Development.
Join in the conversation to share ideas, information, and tools needed to prepare for twenty-first-century opportunities in our city!
NOTE: We have discount codes for startups, nonprofits, seniors and students. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
