Sake Tasting to Benefit the Eden II & Genesis Foundation

April 22, 2015 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

In honor of autism awareness month, Sommelier Tim Sullivan will provide his services to present a tasting of a variety of Japanese Sake paired with Western hors d’oeuvres at the beautiful Ronin Gallery, home to the largest collection of Japanese prints in the United States. Proceeds will benefit the Eden II & Genesis Foundation, an organization that helps provide programs and services to individuals with autism.

In this unique environment, Tim Sullivan, appointed Sake Samurai by the Japan Sake Brewer’s Association, and Official Brand Ambassador for Hakkaisan Sake Brewery, will teach you about and de-mystify the allure of this unique beverage. He will present a variety of sake, graciously donated by Hakkaisan, for your exploration and will pair sake with non-Japanese appetizers to show how you can enjoy this versatile wine with an assortment of easily accessible foods.

Guests will also have the chance to win an NBA basketball autographed by Brooklyn Nets player Deron Williams!
