For a perfect summer evening in Manhattan, look no further than the Rosé Tasting Dinner at Chef Geoffrey Zakarian’s The Lambs Club. This 6-course intimate dinner will be taking place in the luxurious Stanford White Studio on Wednesday, August 2nd at 6:30 PM. Indulge in dishes such as Rose Petal-Cured King Salmon, Summer Squash Salad, Butter Poached Lobster, Beef Tenderloin, Triple Crème Brie Ice Cream with a crisp Mint Meringue, and more! In partnership with Chateau d’Esclans Wines, all dishes are paired with glasses of delicious rosé wine. Keeping with the theme, many of the dishes will feature a variety of rosé wines in the actual food preparations.
A.J. Ojeda-Pons, The Lambs Club’s Wine Director and GQ Magazine’s Best-Dressed Sommelier, will be in attendance to interact with guests and talk through each wine pairing.
