New York Cares will host an 80s-themed Fall Happy Hour in honor of the volunteer network’s 30th anniversary on Thursday, September 14 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Boat Basin Café, located at West 79th Street and the Hudson River. Hosted by the New York Cares Friends Committee, the Happy Hour will benefit over 1,300 nonprofit organizations, providing vital resources and volunteers throughout New York City. The event will feature a totally radical evening of dancing, raffles for truly bodacious prizes, wicked drink specials, and more. 80’s-themed attire is encouraged, so pop your collar, tease your hair, and get stoked for a gnarly night of fun.
