Matzapalooza! Reimagining Passover

March 18 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

| $8 - $14

Families gearing up for a freylekhn Peysakh (joyous Passover) can head to the Museum at Eldridge Street for the 4th annual Matzapalooza! Reimagining Passover celebration, presented by the Workmen’s Circle and the Museum at Eldridge Street. The festive, hands-on event, which puts a 21st century spin on a 4,000-year-old tradition, precedes the start of Passover on March 30.

Matzapalooza!, a perennial crowd-pleaser, will feature: arts-and-crafts, including make-your-own Elijah’s cup and/or Miriam’s tambourine; a scavenger hunt; a Passover-themed gift basket raffle; a special guest appearance by “Moses” ; social justice projects and activities that reflect the theme of freedom; and, enough charoset, egg creams, and matza for the entire family.
