Low Impact Dance Aerobics is an easy to follow, fun, low-impact aerobic workout that is a great way to get in shape and stay fit. Come and enjoy a lively class that is stress-free for beginners, will help boost your energy level and burn calories. No dance experience necessary! Loose fitting, comfortable clothes and sneakers recommended.

Entry to our 100-year-old building and meeting rooms is available for most wheelchair users with prior arrangements. Please call ahead (212-874-5210 x 107) for setup of our portable system and plan to arrive one hour before start time.
