MINDF*CK will be the theme for the night. Has it been a couple of years already since the last one? What does MINDF*CK mean? It means what you expect to see and/or taste is anything but. Breaking boundaries and defying convention is how I like to cook.
Each dish will comprise of making you think about how unlikely ingredients (both in dishes and AS the dish) can jive well together, thus the name. I am bringing back a Burmese noodle dish (Let Thoke) that was a showstopper at the last event, with 3 new twists of course. It has been said via friends that when I am in the zone, I look crazy focused. That’s because I give you 200% of my being. Sharing my love on a plate is truly a blessing and privilege!
We will not feast in our high chairs, but Mingling Mingala style which is conducive to meeting new people. If you are expecting white tablecloths, you can get your bougie a$$ to Per Se or Masa instead. This night will be of zero pretentiousness and one of flavors popping in your mouth.
To keep costs low, this will be BYOB and guaranteed to sell out quick so grab tickets while you can! FYI- The last PopUp for 50 ppl was sold out in 3 days, so chop chop!
