Chef David Burke and The Wayfarer’s own, Chef Chris Shea team up to showcase the creativity and depth of The Wayfarer’s menu during everyone’s favorite meal. An extensive Bubbles and Bloody Bar offers guests unlimited variations on classic brunch cocktails.

• Green monster Acai shooter with hemp granola, pineapple & bananas
• Pastrami salmon – waffle bites

• Melon & Prosciutto spoons
Course 1: Quinoa and grilled mushroom salad with almonds, dried cranberries, and citrus with carrot and whey vinaigrette
Course 2: Sea scallops & corned beef cheek hash with quail eggs and mustard oil
Course 3: BBQ pork belly with shrimp & cheesy grits, peppadew emulsion and watercress
Dessert: David Burke’s seasonal Piecaken (part cake, part pie) & The Wayfarer Eclairer
Beverage: The Wayfarer bloody and bubbles bar will be available for build your own and unlimited variations throughout the brunch
