Aphrodisiac is a Greek word associated with Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love. In this class Maria will inspire you to ignite your passion and to teach you how to cook for your loved ones with “agapi” (unconditional love). We will discover what ingredients are considered to have aphrodisiac qualities since ancient times and what their healing properties are. We will include some of these exotic Greek ingredients like masticha, and saffron from Kozani in the menu. Learn how to make Raw quinoa, pine nut and pomegranate dolmades with saffron and garlic yoghurt sauce (Veg/GF), Aegina-style wild caught salmon crusted with pistachios, dill & lemon zest (GF), Pomegranate & Pear Green Salad (V/Veg/GF), and Masticha Olive Oil Chocolate Mousse (Veg/GF).
