Greek Cooking Class – Crete the Island of Longevity

In this class we take a journey to Crete origin of the longevity and Mediterranean diet. Crete is home to the superior Minoan civilization, olive oil and much more. Discover why the Cretan cuisine endows people with longevity and sound health. Dishes will include slow baked Greek style lamb with potatoes and tzatziki (GF), dakos (barley rusk with tomatoes and feta) (Veg), fried wild green & feta filo pies (Veg), and bougatsa (filo custard pie with honey and cinnamon (Veg).
