Greek Cook Class (Traditional Trademark Dishes)

There are many ancient Greek dishes that have become timeless traditional Greek favorites. It’s is your turn to learn how to cook these dishes that are just irresistible. Dishes include my wild mushroom pastitso (Greek creamy, cheesy baked pasta dish with béchamel cream (Veg), salad of Tinos (fennel, pine nut, feta, sundried tomato and fresh herbs salad) (GF/Veg), tirokafteri (spicy feta herbed dip) with barley rusks (Veg/GF) and loukoumades with walnuts, cinnamon and honey (Greek doughnuts) (V/Veg)

Menus subject to change. Please advise us of any dietary requirements so that we can accommodate. Many of our dishes can be accommodated to be vegetarian, vegan friendly and gluten free.

Cost: $130.00 per person (includes taxes, booking fee, organic food, wine, recipes, hands on cooking, wisdom, fun and story-telling)
