Discover the History and Architecture of Flatiron, When the Flatiron/23rd Street Partnership Participates in Jane’s Walk

On Jane’s Walk weekend in New York City, join the Flatiron/23rd Street Partnership Business Improvement District (BID) for a free historic walking tour of the Flatiron District on Sunday, May 6, 2018 at 11 a.m. Learn more about the world famous Flatiron Building, and other notable architectural icons, including New York Life Insurance Building and the MetLife Clock Tower. Discover where the first Madison Square Garden was located, and learn about the evolution and transformation of one our country’s most recognizable neighborhoods. The 90-minute tour, led by author Miriam Berman, meets at the southwest corner of Madison Square Park (in front of the William Seward statue) at 23rd Street and Broadway at 11 a.m. (rain or shine).
