Emerging chefs and foodie entrepreneurs will discuss their successes and difficulties in building their brands within the 2017 food scene of chain locations, food on television, and the ever-evolving world of handheld technology. The evening will include a live auction, and a panel discussion as well as cocktails, canapés and the chance for one-on-one conversation with their favorite food star.
Panelists include Citymeals on Wheels Board of Directors Co-President Chef Daniel Boulud; Drew Nieporent, Myriad Restaurant Group; Francine Cohen, EIC/Consultant – Inside F&B; Chef Leah Cohen, Owner-Chef, Pig & Khao; Joe Fedele, Co-Founder, Fresh Direct; Susie Fogelson, President, Fogelson & Co; and Julianne Feder, Private Chef & thegastronerd.com.
