Cinco Jotas Master Class at Bouley Botanical

History, culture and care of the most valued ham in the world, with incredible taste and health benefits, from Iberico ”Pata negra” a different breed of pig that has been fed an acorn based diet. In this cooking demo at Bouley Botanical, you will learn all about Iberico Ham, one of the world’s most exquisite foods.

Bouley at Home Cooking Class Demonstrations are recreational, fun and located in the heart of Manhattan’s Flatiron District. During an in-depth demonstration, students can ask the chefs questions about seasonal recipes, skills, techniques and health benefits. A 3-course 2-wine pairing lunch is prepared specific to each class subject with ingredients used during the demonstration. Bouley at Home Cooking Classes have a healthy, clean eating focus using pure and organic foods known for their added health benefits.

Limited to 8-12 seats per cooking class, please note certain classes we can accommodate up to 20 people and will take place next door at Bouley Test Kitchen; both Bouley at Home and Bouley Test Kitchen are located at 31 west 21st street between 5th and 6th avenues. All class sales are final. Students must cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled class to receive a Bouley at Home credit of the full purchase value.
