THERE ARE MANY ANCIENT GREEK DISHES THAT ARE STILL ENJOYED IN GREEK HOUSEHOLDS TODAY. WE EXPLORE SOME OF THESE DISHES AND PUT A MODERN TWIST ON THEM. DISHES WILL INCLUDE DRUNKEN OYSTER MUSHROOM OUZO FLAMBÉ WITH TRAHANA AND CARAMELIZED ONION (VEG), KALE AND QUINOA DOLMADES WITH GARLIC, LEMON AND CUMIN YOGHURT DIPPING SAUCE (VEG/V), CARROT AND CUMIN DIP (VEG/V), AND HONEYED ALMOND-WALNUT BAKLAVA WITH HONEYED YOGHURT (VEG/V).
