Queens Community Board 14 hosted a public hearing Wednesday, March 29, at 7 p.m. on the city’s proposed rezoning of Far Rockaway, followed by a vote on the city’s proposal. In the raw video above, the action starts at 40:00.

In what came as a surprise to some, the board voted to approve with conditions the city’s proposed rezoning of downtown Far Rockaway by a vote of 26 to 2. Read full coverage here.
