This week saw the city’s housing commissioner, Vicki Been, advance a careful case against what she called the “poison pill” of changes Gov. Andrew Cuomo has proposed to the way the state distributes federal bonds that pay for affordable housing.

It also featured the City Council’s Black, Latino and Asian Caucus weighing in on the mayor’s Mandatory Inclusionary Zoning proposal as a key vote approaches for the East New York rezoning.

Gotham Gazette‘s Ben Max and yours truly are Stephen Curry-like in our approach to shooting through the week’s housing stories (sans the excessive celebration).
