The Lowline: Past, Present & Future

November 12, 2014 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

The Lowline aims to breathe new life into a forgotten trolley terminal below Delancey Street, which was built in 1908 and abandoned in 1948. To discover the history of the former subterranean streetcar station, historic preservation researchers at Higgins Quasebarth unearthed a fascinating history.

Come hear Dan Barasch, co-founder and executive director of the Lowline, and Rachel Firgens of Higgins Quasebarth discuss the findings of the past and how they might impact the future.
