The Lambs Club, Chef Geoffrey Zakarian’s Modern American restaurant located in the heart of Manhattan at The Chatwal, is thrilled to be participating in Somms and Sliders this fall. From October 21 to November 4, leading wineries from the Napa Valley are teamed up with sommeliers and chefs from New York City’s hottest restaurants for the ultimate burger pairing experience! In honor of this delicious event, The Lambs Club has specially created The Charcuterie Burger, a Sirloin Burger served on a Pretzel Bun with Juniper Aioli and Pickled Chanterelles. The Lambs Club’s Wine Director and Expert Sommelier, A.J. Ojeda-Pons, has paired this burger with a 2013 Corison Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
For $32 per person, guests can experience Somms and Sliders at The Lambs Club from Friday, October 21st through Friday, November 4th for lunch (served from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM in The Bar, Main Dining Room, and The Lobby Bar), brunch (served from 11 AM to 3 PM in the Main Dining Room and The Lobby Bar) and dinner (served Tuesday-Saturday from 5 PM to 11 PM and Sunday-Monday from 5 PM to 9:30 PM in The Bar and The Lobby Bar).
