STUDENTS WILL LEARN HOW TO WORK WITH BOTH FAMILIAR AND UNFAMILIAR SEASONAL INGREDIENTS TO CREATE A WONDERFUL EVENING SPREAD THAT WILL IMPRESS THEIR GUESTS. DISHES WILL INCLUDE ZUCCHINI & HALOUMI FRITTERS (VEG/V) WITH GARLIC, CUMIN AND LEMON SAUCE, THREE GREEK CHEESE AND LEEK FILO PIES (VEG), BARBECUED GREEK-STYLE LAMB WITH SPICY POMEGRANATE SALSA AND HONEYED SWEET KATAIFI NESTS WITH HONEYED GREEK YOGHURT (VEG)

About Maria Benardis and Greekalicious:
Maria Benardis is an award-winning author, health coach, teacher, chef and founder of Greekalicious, Sydney’s first exclusively Greek cooking school. What initially started as a Greek cooking school, has expanded to include catering services, restaurant consulting, pop-up restaurants, private chef services, an organic line of products, culinary tours to Greece and after completing studies at the Food Coach Institute in Australia, health coaching.
