Clement at The Peninsula Presents “Stone Fruits” Kitchen Table Dinner

Clement at The Peninsula New York continues their Kitchen Table dinner series with a summer seasonal menu inspired by Stone Fruits on Wednesday, July 20th. Taking place at Clement’s communal table overlooking Fifth Avenue, guests will enjoy an interactive multi-course dinner alongside the restaurant’s creative culinary team. The dinner will be centered around the “Stone Fruits” theme. Additionally, guests will have the undivided attention of Host and Executive Chef Remi van Peteghem throughout the entire evening with the ability to ask questions and gain a true understanding of the inspiration behind the menu.

JULY 20 MENU:

Green Gages
salad with local apples, hazelnut dressing

Mango
cold spicy soup, grilled large prawns

Peach
pickled with rosemary, foie gras terrine

Nectarine
poached with cilantro, grilled scallop and lobster consommé

Plums
oven baked in puff pastry with goat cheese

Apricot
roasted with honey, lamb loin and Israeli couscous

Cherry
sautéed with baby heirloom potatoes, duck breast

Chilled Nectarine Consommé
port ice cream, pistachio tuile

Stone Fruits Four Play
peach gallete, plum panna cotta, apricot sorbet, chocolate cherry cake
