East Harlem Neighborhood Plan Released

The East Harlem Neighborhood Plan, a product of nearly ten (10) months of community-based planning efforts, is now out. Community Voices Heard (CVH), a membership organization of low-income families with deep roots in East Harlem, was one of the key Project Partners.

Voting for 2014-2015 Participatory Budgeting Cycle Begins

Vote week for Cycle IV of Participatory Budgeting NYC begins April 11th and goes through April 19th. Residents of 24 City Council districts will be able to directly decide how almost $30 Million in capital funds will be allocated in the upcoming budget.
