Gregg Bishop was named the new commissioner of Small Business Services on Monday, replacing Maria Torres-Springer, who left her post this summer to take over the Economic Development Corporation. Bishop spoke with City Limits this summer about SBS’s role in helping small firms. His answers to reporter Marc Bussanich might provide some sense of where he plans to take the department:
