On father’s day, opponents of the stop-and-frisk policy marched silently.
In 2011, no precinct saw more police stops that the 75th, which covers East New York, Brooklyn. And none of the 7-5’s 13 sectors saw more activity than sector E. Click on the map to see where the most stops took place and what happened in those encounters.
